- Alternative milk (depending on the use: coconut, almond, rice; I think hemp is terrible)
- Corn (chips, tortillas, but do try to stick to g/f options when available)
- Vegetables (no limits)
- Fruits (minimal cantaloupe or grapefruit)
- Rice
- Oatmeal (only g/f)
- wine (in small amounts, preferably red)
What I don't eat:
- Wheat (includes flour, related grains such as spelt, farina, couscous, rye, barley)
- Products with "yeast" in the ingredient list (I may be overly cautious, but avoid all labels that include yeast extract--WTH is that?)
- Eggs
- Dairy (milk, cream, cheese, margarine)
- Soy (tofu, soy sauce, soy lecithin, soy anything)
- beer
What I haven't eaten in years anyway :)
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- MSG
- artificial sweeteners
- soda
What I limit (for now?):
- Salmon or other fish (preferably wild caught)
- Shellfish
- Sesame
- Quinoa
- Goat cheese
