Pancakes: Zucchini edition

I used Cherrybrook Kitchen pancake mix and added shredded zucchini.

I wouldn't necessarily serve these to someone else but they are good enough for me. I mean, cover anything edible in fresh fruit and maple syrup and stick some pork on the plate and you're good to go, right.
